If you are going to charge labour on service jobs you will need to ensure that a labour code has been set-up for each employee.

It is recommended that you create a part number for each person as follows: "LAB-INITIALS", eg: "LAB-PC".

See Add or Maintain a Part/Product for details. Make sure the "Non-Diminishing" field is set to 'Yes'.

You will also need a job card form, see Utilities - Stationery Layouts. The job card form must have the form name "ORDERJOB".
