FastBase can now send printed forms (invoices, statements, purchase orders, remittance advices etc.) to your customers and suppliers via e-mail.
These documents will be sent as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) documents that the customer or supplier can then easily print out if required.
PDF

In order to utilise this option, your system needs to be set up with graphic stationery layouts (forms). See Utilities - Stationery Layouts for more details.
If you are unsure about this or experience problems please contact your FastBase support staff.

To set up a customer to receive their invoices and statements via email, see Customer Maintenance - Customer Preferences.
To set up a supplier to receive their remittances via email, see Supplier Maintenance - Supplier Payment Details.

Other Alternatives

FastBase can send any graphic form (invoice, purchase order, statement etc.) to any standard windows printer.

You can add a PDF "printer" to your windows printers then send your documents to this printer. The documents (PDF files) can then be sent directly to your customers via email.

You can also add Fax printer drivers to windows and fax directly from FastBase.

FastBase has tried and tested the Adobe Acrobat PDF publisher, contact your Adobe reseller for more information about this.

FastBase has also tried a free/cheap PDF printer driver called PDF995, you can view their website and download from here:

http://www.pdf995.com

You will need to download and install the pdf995 program and pdfedit995.
FastBase does not provide support for these programs, you will need to install these yourself and follow the instructions provided.

TNZ Group

The TNZ Group is a New Zealand company that can provide a third party fax/email printer driver. See http://www.tnz.co.nz for more info.
