Got to Reports -> Sales -> Customer Sales - Sorted.
This report prints all customers sorted by sales value (or gross profit) for a selected period.
Selected Customers:
Select the cutomers to report on. The default is "All Customers". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.
Customer Grouping:
Select the way you want to group customers. You can group them by branch, salesperson, area, type or all together. The customers will be sorted within each grouping.
Sort Column:
Select what you want to sort by, either sales value, gross profit or profit%.
Date Range or MTD/YTD?:
Select "Date Range" to show one set of columns for the selected date range.
Select "MTD/YTD" to show two sets of columns, MTD & YTD.
Sort by MTD or YTD:
If you selected to show MTD/YTD columns then you must also select which figure you want to sort, either MTD or YTD.
Period Start Date:
Period End Date:
Enter the date range to report for. If printing MTD/YTD you will only be able to enter the period end date.
Customer Limit by Group:
You can limit the report to a selected number of customers within each group. For example enter "10" to show the top 10 customers only.
Include Cash Sales?:
You can suppress the cash sale accounts if required. This option may be used to get a better view of account customers and their worth.
Output Device:
Select the output device for the report. See Creating Reports - General Comments for details.
Run Report.
