Quote Status Report

Go to Reports -> Order Reports -> Quote Status Report.

This report prints all active quotes and includes details of each item being quoted.

Sort Sequence:
Select the sort sequence for the report. You can group quotes by reference number, customer or product.

Selected Customers:
Select the customers to report on. The default is "All Customers". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Selected Products:
Select the products to report on. The default is "All Products". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Salesperson:
Specify the salespeople to report on. The default is "All Salesperson".

Branch:
Select the branches to print quotes for. The default is "All Branches".

Output Device :
Select the output device for the report. See Creating Reports - General Comments for details.

Run Report.

All active quotes are reported matching your selections.
