Customer Delivery Addresses

When you select "Delivery Addresses" from the "More Options" menu, a screen will show all the different addresses for your selected customer (most commonly addresses for different branches or stores). When creating new delivery addresses for different stores of a company you should carefully consider first if this is the best way to set-up the account. FastBase also supports parent/sub accounts, in this case you create new customers for each store and point them all to the parent company. See Customer Account Details.

One of these addresses can be the default address, this will be used as the default for all sales orders; see Entering a New Sales Order.

Delivery addresses are also used for printing labels. see Customer Delivery Label for more details.

The information recorded on each delivery address includes the delivery name and address. Also included are contact details which can be entered when they vary from the main customer contact details, for example: phone numbers and email address.
