Account Listing/ Chart of Accounts

Go to Reports -> Miscellaneous -> Account Listing.

This report lists all accounts based on options selected by the user.

Selected Accounts:
Select the accounts to list. The default is "All Accounts". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Sort Sequence:
Accounts are sorted by Number in ascending order by default. Select a criteria from the list to change the sort sequence.

Include Sub-Accounts?:
Enter "Yes" to print extra details (descriptions) or "M" to print messages recorded against accounts.

Print Alert Message?:
Enter "Yes" to print the alert messages recorded against accounts.

Output Device:
Select the output device for the report. See Creating Reports - General Comments for details.

Run Report.
