Some reports in FastBase now include a 'Saved Reports' feature.

After you have made your report selections and pressed the 'Run Report' button FastBase will display a screen prompting you to enter a report title.

If you enter a title then fastbase saves the report selections, these can be re-loaded again by pressing the 'Load' button next time you run this report.

If you load a previously saved report and then make further alterations to the report selections the system will prompt you to save the report again. If you change the report title FastBase will ask if you want to save the report as a new report or update the saved report.

The following reports have this feature:

Customer Sales Analysis Report
Stock Sales Analysis
Order Status Report
Profit & Loss Report

Other reports may now include this feature also.

Reports are saved by operator. Users can select other peoples reports, if they make any changes they will be saved as a new report under their own operator code.
