Supplier Sticky Labels

Go to Reports -> Labels -> Supplier Sticky Labels.

This program is designed to print labels for a selected list or range of suppliers.

Account Selection:
Select "List" to manually build a list of suppliers to print labels for.
Select "Standard Selection" to use the standard supplier selection screen which will include all suppliers by default.

When creating a list select the "New" button on the right, enter the suppliers to print labels for and enter the number of labels required.

Selected Suppliers:
Select the suppliers to report on. The default is "All Suppliers". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Label Type:
Select the type of label required. At present there is only a CSV option, in other words no label is actually printed, only a data file is created which can be imported into another application for processing.

Starting Label:
When printing labels you can specify a starting label. This only applies when printing labels on A4 sheets and some have already been used.

Output Device:
Select the output device. Currently the only device that should be selected is "Export" as you should be creating a file which contains all the supplier details for label printing by another application.

Click on Print.

More options will be added in the future for creating standard size labels.
