Fastbase

Go to Reports -> Financial -> Month End Invoice Control.

This report shows total invoicing for the selected date range.

Period Start Date:
Period End Date:
Enter the date range to report, one column will be reported for each month. The default date range is for the current month.

Output Device:
Select the output device for the report. See Creating Reports - General Comments for details.

Run Report.

This report includes one page for each branch showing the total sales and total credits.

The total freight and surcharge will also be reported, these values are deducted from the invoicing totals to show the gross sales value of products which should balance with all other sales reports.

A summary page will be printed showing the company totals.
