1. List Price:
Upto 5 selling prices can be defined for each product. See Utilities - Module: Inventory for more details about defining these price levels. Each price will be numbered from 1-5.

Each customer has a default price level of 1-5, this determines which price they are charged by default. You may have a Trade Price and Retail Price, some companies may decide to record more price levels. See Customers - Discounting & Pricing for more details.

Unit Measure:
Enter the unit measure of the item here (eg: Each, Metre, Pair etc). The unit entered here will appear on data entry screens, invoices and packing slips.

Web Display:
This option only displays if you have the web site module. See Maintain Web Display Status for more details.

Price Code:
Enter the price code or select from the drop down list.
Price codes can be used for selections during most reports and processing options.
Price codes must be defined in Utilities - Price Codes.

A typical use of the price code is when you have several items that are all priced the same, you would set these items to have the same price code.
When you run the "Automatic Price Update" function you can select all these items by their price code to update the prices at the same time.
