Go to Reports -> Order Reports -> Quote Expiry Report.

This report shows all quotes which will expire within a selected date range.

Salesperson:
Select the salespeople to report on. By default, quotes for "All Salespeople" are reported.

Selected Customers:
Select the customers to report on. The default is "All Customers". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Start Date:
End Date:
Enter the date range to report for. All active quotes which expire within the entered date range will be reported.

Output Device :
Select the output device for the report. See Creating Reports - General Comments for details.

Run Report.

A quote can expire (ie: the expiry date has already passed) but the quote is still active until it is actually completed.
