Fastbase

Go to Reports -> Miscellaneous -> Serialised Stock Report.

This report prints all serialised stock items and includes details of serial numbers on hand.

Selected Products:
Select the products to report on. The default is "All products". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Branch:
Enter the branch to report on. The default is "All Branches". Only serial numbers at the selected branch(es) will be reported.

Report Cost & Totals?:
Enter "Yes" to print the cost price and total evaluation for each product.

Output Device:
Select the output device for the report. See Creating Reports - General Comments for details.

Run Report.

This report will print every serial number on hand at the time the report is run. If there are any missing or excess serial numbers on file then these will be reported as either Missing or Surplus.
