This process assumes you have entered all figures and printed all required variance reports.
Select each stock take to update by clicking on it. The colour of the highlight bar will change to indicate that it has been selected. Select all the stock takes that you want to process.
Printed Reports?:
You must enter 'Yes' just to confirm that you have printed all necessary reports.
Once the stock takes have been updated you cannot go back and print a variance report (with values). You can run the Print History report).
The stock take update creates a stock adjustment batch on the date of the stock take. This adjustment batch contains one adjustment transaction for each product type. Within each adjustment transaction are all the individual products that had variances between the computed and counted quantities.
