Fastbase

This report is used to print stock take count sheets for any stock takes that are currently active in the system.
Usually count sheets would be printed after creating a new stock take, see New Stock Take.

Select each stock take to print count sheets for by clicking on it. The colour of the highlight bar will change to indicate that it has been selected. Select all the stock takes that you want to process.

Selected Parts:
Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing
Only parts that are in the selected stock takes will be reported, any selection made here will be a subset of what was originally selected.

Selected Locations:
Enter 'Yes' to select parts by their bin location. A list of all bin locations will be displayed, you will be able to select multiple locations from the list provided.

Page Breaks?:
Enter 'Yes' to start each new product type (if sorting by product type) or bin location (if sorting by location) on a new page.

Print Qty on Hand?:
Enter 'Yes' to include the current quantity on hand. Sometimes it is desirable to print this on the stock take count sheets.

Double Space Report?:
Enter 'Yes' to leave a blank line between all parts, this will make the report easier to write on.

Print Variances Only?:
Enter 'Yes' to only print those parts where the entered/counted quantity is different that the computed quantity.
