Use this option to enter budgets for the account. Budgets can be printed on the profit and loss report showing actual, budget, variance and percentage achieved.
You can select the year to enter budgets for by clicking on the left and right arrows at the bottom of the screen.
You can enter a budget figure in the first month and have it copied to all subsequent months by pressing F3 or spreading it across all months by pressing F4.
