When you select "Sales History" from the "More Options" menu you will see a screen showing you the history of this part. This screen will show you the "Sales Quantity", "Sales Value", "Gross Profit", "Purchase Quantity" and "Purchase Value" month by month with yearly totals.
You can click on any month to see all the transactions for that month, alternatively you can click on "Total Year" for all the transactions for that year.
This function is for veiwing, you cannot change any details in this screen.
