Go to Help -> View Logs
This option displays the system log details.
Start/End Date:
Enter the date range required, all logs within this date range will be displayed.
User:
Select a user, by default all logs will be displayed regardless of user.
Search string:
Enter a string to search on, all logs that have that string within their text will be displayed.
The information that can be searched on is limited to what is recorded in each log message but typically includes reference numbers, account numbers and other messages. Have a look at each log to get an idea of what is recorded.
Press Update to refresh the screen.
Many actions carried out in FastBase are recorded in this log file, if you want to query a specific log entry contact your FastBase support staff for assistance.
