A Customer Price Book is used to send up to date product information to your customers. Your customer can use this information to set their sell prices, they can import the product details into their website for resale or just so they have an accurate list of your products and their purchase prices.

Type of Export
  What format would the customer like to receive the price book in:
  None - When "None" is selected no price book is sent (this is the default)
  CSV - Comma Separated Values, this is the best option if the file is going to be used as a spreadsheet
  Tab - Tab separated values
  XML - An XML file

Product to Export
  Specify which products will be included in the Customer Price Book.
  All - Export details of all products from Fastbase
  Discounted Only - Only export products that have a discount setup for this customer, this includes products with a 0% discounts
  There maybe Fastbase customer specific options setup here, contact Fastbase staff for more information on these

Update Type
  Full - This option will send a full list of selected products each night
  Incremental Only - This option will include only the selected products that have changed since the last Customer Price Book was sent.

Frequency - Send the price book on a daily or weekly basis. Weekly price books are sent on Mondays

Email Address - The email address the customer would like price book sent to

Options/Extras
  Q - Include quantity on hand information
  Other customer specific options are available, call Fastbase support staff for more information.

Last Update - This shows the date the last price book was sent
