Control Records - enter the courier ID (eg: WLG) and site ID (eg: 2199514) for each branch that has courier ticketing enabled. Enter the last manifest number for the head office branch.

Destination Records - these need to be imported from a spreadsheet provided by NZC. One CSV file needs to be created for each branch containing the Town/City name, Branch code and Zone (0-5).

Service Records - enter all service codes required, specify one as the default.

Product Records - enter all the product codes and costs associated with each. This includes enter a product code for each zone (0-5) and all additional product codes, eg: satchels and services, eg: E10, E11, E20 etc.
