Customer Types

Enter the type and description for each customer type.

Customer types may be used to represent different types of businesses or any other classification you require.

Product Type Discounts

Each customer type can also have product type discounts assigned to it. This will be the default discount% for a product type for all customers belonging to this type. Press the 'Type Discounts' button to maintain the discount% for each product type. See Customer Discounts for details about customer specific discounts.

Sales Budgets

You can enter sales budgets for each customer type. These can be reported in the Customer Sales Analysis Report report. Press the 'Sales Budget' button to maintain these figures.
