If you are downloading FastBase from the Internet you need to create a shared directory called C:\FBASE and download the following files into it.
MySQL Server.
We currently recommend version 5.7.28.
ActiveTcl 8.6
There are later versions available but this version is known to be compatible with FastBase, some later (beta) versions are not.
Graphing Extension Package
An optional Tcl extension can also be downloaded, RBC, that enables some basic graphing functions within FastBase. This is not usually required.
