FastBase dynamically sets the font size depending on the report and the printer selected. FastBase will try and use the largest font possible.

Most laser printers (A4) can print just under 80 characters across the page when using 10 characters per inch (cpi). When printing wider reports the font size is reduced so that all data is printed. Some reports are still too wide and will be truncated.

If you want more control over the font size and layout of reports you could save the file to disk (using the "Disk File" output option), then open the file in Word and reduce the font and print from there. Make sure you use a non-proportional font, typically "Courier New" is the best font to use.
