Fastbase

When you click on Couriers in the Utilities menu you will see a list of all courier companies that you have entered in your system.

When you click on 'Skyroad' you will see a screen with all the details for that courier, as well as further options.

You will see the 'Courier Code' (in this case it is 'SKY'), the courier 'Description', and the 'Default Freight' cost.

A 'special type' courier company has had its details entered into Fastbase, usually done by FastBase Support Staff. There is not only contact details but freight costs for different areas, towns and cities.

If you have a 'special type' courier company you can see other information avaiable regarding this courier. For Skyroad you can see 'Control Records', 'Destination Records', and 'Service Records'.

If you click on 'Control Records' you will see a list of all the existing branches of your company. If you select a branch you can enter the 'Site ID' and the 'Last Manifest Number'.

If you click on 'Destination Records' you will again see a list of all existing branches of your company. If you select a branch you will see a list of all 'Courier Destinations', along with that destinations 'City Code' and 'Area'. You can filter the list by entering the necessary details in the 'Filter' box.
